Pellet Chart
The BBQ Online Showroom has included this nifty little pellet/meat chart for you to print out for referencing pellet to meat combinations. These are only guidelines of popular opinion and the chart has not been included on this site to restrict you in any way. You shouldn’t limit yourself when experimenting with your pellet flavor combinations. Try all the flavor types separately with each type of meat in order to get an understanding of the smoke flavors, then mix and match to create your own tailored combo’s.
